Semi-Hermetic Compressors for Refrigeration

For years Emerson’s semi-hermetic compressors have been the efficiency choice in refrigeration.
Discus® compressors have led the industry in terms of energy efficiency for decades, delivering
up to 10% more efficiency than any reed reciprocating compressor technology offered by other
manufacturers. The performance of those reed reciprocating compressors meets basic market
requirements but cannot compete either with Discus® compressors nor with the new Stream
series in terms of low energy consumption.

• This kind of cooling fan is specially designed for preservation, refrigeration and cold storages;
• The shell is made of quality steel plate; sprayed plastic surface is anti-corrosive, and its appearance is handsome;
• Coiled pipes are mechanical expanding tubes in staggered arrangement; therefore, copper tubes and aluminum sheets are combined casein ,and ensure good effect of heat exchange. Electrical heating tubes made of good stainless steel are distributed evenly in coiled pipes, and thus ensure excellent defrosting effect. Electrical heating tubes are defrosted by closely connecting electrical aluminum bushing and holes of fins, as a result, heat is dissipated easily, and thus fan boasts long service life.
• The design width of this cooling fan is reasonable ,space between fan bade and aluminum fin is larger than 1/3 diameter of fan blade in order to ensure sufficient effective air volume;
